friendly staff comfy bed perfect location clogged shower orange mold unpleasant smell
The staff were very friendly and cute, nothing was too much trouble. the beds were very comfy. I struggle when sleeping in a different bed, so this was really good. the location was perfect for my needs.
The shower was clogged and could use a deep clean with orange mold. a toilet brush in the toilet would be beneficial. the smell in the general hallways was unpleasant. It bothered me.

the breakfast menu offered many options. (i especially liked the english breakfast.) the location was convenient for a nearby work event. the staff stored my suitcase while i explored the area.
the water pressure in the shower fluctuated slightly.

the room was spacious and bright i appreciated that. the staff were friendly and also helpful throughout my stay. breakfast was very good i was pleased with the choices.
there was no tea or coffee available in the room i found this inconvenient. the toilet needed modernization i think.

lovely stay above a charming pub
friendly atmosphere proper coffee safe stay
the pub below had such a friendly atmosphere. i enjoyed excellent fish and chips one evening, a really satisfying meal. breakfast came from a lovely brunch menu, i especially enjoyed the proper coffee. the staff were genuinely friendly.
the room felt slightly cold upon arrival. i wish there had been extra blankets available.

The staff provided fantastic customer service, they were very friendly and helpful. They were great too make sure i felt welcome. dell, in particular, was a superb and lively lady, she seemed to anticipate every need i had.

my room had useful facilities like a tv, coffee machine, hair dryer, hot shower, and a safe. i appreciated the bottled water and air conditioning, especially after a long day. the bed was large and comfy, ensuring a good night's sleep.

friendly staff great breakfast noise issue single glazed window
the staff were really friendly and helpful . the location was also quite convenient, especially for visiting 58th street jazz club. breakfast was superb too.
there was some noise at night. the window in the room did not close completely.

Excellent Stay at a Charming Pub
cute service traditional pub quiet street
I found the breakfast menu had a great choice, and the gentleman on duty was cute! He was helpful throughout my stay, such nice service. My room was modern and sat above a traditional pub. The location is within easy reach of busy areas, yet the street corner is quiet, so I slept really well.
The air conditioning did not seem to make much difference to the temperature in the room.

Breakfast every morning was delicious, a good start to each day. I really enjoyed the good food selection and appreciated the super nice pub, it had high-quality foods and drinks, offering a nice experience.

The pub is situated near a train station, Peckham Rye. From there I could quickly access the city center. Rye Lane is a short distance away. It provides a convenient location to Peckham. I found it easy to reach nearby attractions.

The staff were consistently friendly and efficient . I really appreciated that they were helpful, pleasant, and attentive! The room had everything I needed and I found it functional for my needs. It was a cozy and comfortable space.
